You grant KI-Elch Seller Console access through Amazon's standard authorisation flow. You can revoke it in Seller Central at any time, and the stored credentials are destroyed when you do.

Sign in to the web console, or connect an AI assistant such as Claude over the Model Context Protocol. Every user sees only the accounts they own or were invited to.

These are the controls as they exist in the running service, not a roadmap. The full data-handling description is in the privacy policy.

Credentials: Amazon refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM under a master key that never lands on disk.
Sign-in: Every console account uses a password of at least twelve characters plus a time-based one-time code. Eight failed attempts lock the account for fifteen minutes.
Buyer data: Not stored. Names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail aliases are removed before an order leaves the tool. A retention job scans every log entry for buyer fields and fails if any appear.
Writes: Read-only by default per account. Every write returns a preview first and runs only after explicit confirmation.
Audit trail: Every tool call is logged with its inputs, secrets redacted, and kept for twelve months. The log is reviewed every two weeks.
Hosting: Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt. No SSH; administration goes through AWS Systems Manager. Daily volume snapshots kept for 35 days, with a quarterly restore test.
Tenancy: Every account carries an owner. Lookups without an identity fail closed, and a refusal reads the same as “not found”.
Retention: Price and stock snapshots are kept for at most 18 months. Credentials live only as long as the authorisation.
